Bloomios given approval to raise funds

The hemp product manufacturer announced its Form S-1 registration with the SEC, allowing the company to increase fundraising.

Bloomios, Inc., a manufacturer of hemp-derived CBD supplements and cosmetic products for private label sale, has announced it plans to raise funds to grow the company.

Bloomios announced its registration statement on Form S-1 was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Jan. 26, 2022. The Form S-1 enables Bloomios to raise up to $6.5 million to fuel the growth of the company, which will expand its private label operations.

The Santa Barbara, Calif.-based company manufactures, distributes and markets hemp-derived supplements and cosmetic products through wholesale distribution channels and its subsidiary Bloomios Private Label. The company provides services for private label and white label uses like custom formulation, brand development and order fulfillment for over 220 products across 12 categories.
