Target debuts Archer Farms private brand meal solutions line

Minneapolis-based Target says it has answered the “what’s for dinner” question with a new collection of easy-to-fix meal offerings from its private brand line, Archer Farms. The meals include more than 100 ready-to-heat products, from grilled fajita chicken strips and burrata lemon zest herb ravioli to apple pecan quinoa salad, a press release said. Dishes can be mixed and matched for a meal serving a whole family in minutes.

Each component in the line is priced from $2.99 to $8.99, the release noted. “We know our guests are always looking for time-saving measures, but we also know they’re not willing to compromise on quality or taste,” said Target’s website, which includes several recipe ideas and preparation instructions developed by the company’s test kitchens for the line. “Guests were looking for easily accessible, trend-forward and globally inspired dinnertime, lunchtime and anytime options.”
