Tipton Mills Foods, a private label producer of powdered beverages out of Columbus, Ind., has introduced a line of nutritional supplements and pre-workout powders (including plant-based versions) under the Gold’s Gym name for Gold’s Gym locations throughout the Midwest and select national retail stores.

Retailers carrying the Gold’s Gym products include Hy-Vee Supermarkets. In total, the initial introduction of the products include seven different items such as a 100% whey concentrate, a 100% whey isolate and a 100% plant protein powder — all in chocolate or vanilla flavors. In addition, there is a pre-workout energy boosting product in a blue raspberry flavor.

Over the course of a three-year commitment, negotiated by CLC Specialty Brands, a brand licensing company in Atlanta, Tipton Mills Foods will expand the line of products for Gold’s Gym during the next three years.

“As Gold’s Gym continues to innovate and extend its presence beyond our gyms’ four walls, the launch of this nutritional supplement line provides the perfect opportunity for fitness enthusiasts to engage with our brand,” said Craig Sherwood, Gold Gym’s chief development officer. “We are thrilled to partner with Tipton Mills to bring these products to the U.S. market in hopes that they will enhance the fitness experience of people everywhere.”
