Little Big Farm Foods whips up 12 new baking mixes

A baker’s dozen, Little Big Farm Foods has been busy during the pandemic, announcing the addition of 12 new products to its portfolio of specialty baking mixes. The new products are available for store brand programs.

The Portsmouth, N.H.-based company has created new sweet mixes such as Carrot Cupcake & Frosting, Maple Pecan Pancake & Waffle, Lemon Cooler Cookie, Chocolate and Vanilla Frosting, three new Organic mixes (Shortbread, Buttermilk Pancake and Buttermilk Biscuit), and a Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancake.

New savory mixes include Pretzel Bread, Garlic Rosemary Biscuit and Traditional Popover. In total, the latest additions to the Little Big Farm Foods portfolio put the company over 40 SKUs of clean label, premium products.

Fern Phillips, CEO, said the company has been producing own brand products for the last 10 years and will continue to do so with these new launches.

“We are delighted to launch so many new products this year, and more are coming,” she added. “Our product development team has worked hard to make sure each is exceptional, easy-to-make and delicious.”

All of Little Big Farm Foods products are free of artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, and are produced at the company factory in Portsmouth. Little Big Farm Foods is a women and veteran-owned company as well as a Recovery Friendly Workplace.
